Prof. (Dr) Bhaskar Kumar Chakravarty, HoD - Deptt. of Law (Tezpur University), Former Dean - Faculty of Law (Gauhati University), Professor & Head - Deptt of Law (Gauhati University), Principal - University Law College (Gauhati University), Professor of Law - University School of Law and Research (USTM). He received Ph.D. from Gauhati University and LL.M. from Bombay University. He wrote many research papers in National and International journals. His area of specialization was on Constitutional Law and has around 40 years of experience in his field.
